Six-Phase Implementation Methodology
Noteworthy's Professional Services Team understands how overwhelming the transition from paper to PC can be. We provide you with the tools and workflow consultations to make your transition as efficient and effective as possible. We learn your business, your workflow—your culture—before any changes are made. Our six-phase implementation methodology is results-oriented, requiring the completion of specific milestones—which means no surprises.  Just as reassuring, Noteworthy implementations are historically quick, on time and on budget. Noteworthy offers a range of services in order to provide our clients with the best possible care.

Configurable clinical content
NetPracticeEHR™ is delivered with standard comprehensive clinical content which is tailored to each clinical specialty and developed based on best practices and current standards of care. The comprehensive list of content includes templates for acute complaints, chronic diseases, administrative and nursing visits as well as procedure, supply, and medication completion templates. Clinical content can be configured or built to meet your specific needs at the time of implementation or in the future as needed.

Comprehensive product training
Noteworthy Medical Systems normally employs the train-the-trainer concept of user training. This means that we will fully train designated superusers from each practice, who can then train the remaining users in a way that best suits the needs of that practice. To that end, we can supply superusers with comprehensive training materials and other assistance as needed. Due to the unique nature of each practice, we feel that this is the best way to ensure an excellent training outcome. At the client's request, we can perform end user training as well.

Ongoing Customer Service and Help Desk Support
Noteworthy provides your practice with dedicated support personnel. 24/7/365, we're there to respond to both application and technical support questions. Noteworthy Support also conducts preventative maintenance and daily assessments of how your technology is functioning in order to alert us to potential problems before they affect your practice. Our highly responsive level of service means your inquiries receive immediate processing so you can focus on what's important: patient care. Plus, Noteworthy provides quarterly drug and allergy interaction updates from First Data Bank. CPT and ICD-9 codes are updated regularly from the American Medical Association. All updates, including any software upgrades are handled via remote access or through our Engineering Services department.
