This Sixth Annual event was restructured to reinforce our relationships with our clients and enable strong two-way communication. We offered workshops to help clients understand Meaningful Use, capturing clinical data for reporting, and tips on auditing and compliance. Plus, interactive learning sessions were provided to help clients learn to improve the efficiency and quality of their practices.

Owen is a nationally recognized medical practice management consultant with nearly 25 years experience in consulting and managing medical practices. His expertise includes revenue cycle management, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, organizational behavior and information systems implementation. He also has particular expertise with disaster preparedness and relief, having assisted numerous New Orleans-based practices after Hurricane Katrina.
