History
Noteworthy Medical Systems, Inc., was founded in 1997 by Larry Dolin, CEO and Chairman of the Board. With his background in technology, business and healthcare, Larry was keenly aware of the limitations of the current paper based healthcare systems. Without access to data which could be used to make clinical decisions, analyze business metrics and to support research, Larry saw that it would be difficult to run a successful healthcare organization.
EHR products being developed at that time were considered difficult for physicians to learn and to use. It is for that reason that Noteworthy's software engineers and physician consultants focused on designing and building a product that was intuitive to use and that would require limited training time. Our focus on developing well thought out product features for clinical workflows and processes allows our clients to document every patient encounter, regardless of reason for visit in NoteworthyEHR.
Shortly after product conception, a team of implementation experts was hired. The industry had a tendency to focus on EHR products at that time (in fact many still do), when in fact most failures occurred on the implementation of those products. The Noteworthy Professional Services team analyzed EHR implementations and applied the special needs of the clinical organization to a comprehensive EHR implementation methodology. The primary goal of the Professional Services Team is to ensure that your practice achieves 100% EHR adoption, on time, on budget and without surprises.
We are here to stay. Our growing client base is indicative of our steady, methodical dedication to meeting the unique needs of each individual client. We specialize in—we KNOW—EHRs. We know and understand the concerns, anxieties and hopes tied to the process. We are not about mass production but, instead, about quality, diligence and outstanding service.
