Gerhard Schütz
Acting Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board
In addition to his role with Noteworthy Medical Systems, Mr. Schütz is Senior Vice President of CompuGROUP Holding AG, based in Koblenz, Germany where he is responsible for the business in US and Canada. Before joining CompuGROUP in 2009, for a period of more than ten years Mr. Schütz held positions including Managing Director and Member of the Board in various service and logistics companies operating throughout Europe where his main responsibilities were in business development, marketing, sales and product management. From 1996 until 1999 he was consultant for developing international markets and new services for a world-wide logistics company. Prior to that he ran his own company for software development and logistics consulting.
Mr. Schütz studied sociology, economics and business information systems in Berlin, Germany. He received his Ph.D. in business information systems and applied computer sciences at Fern Universität Hagen, working in parallel as a freelance consultant.
Diane P. Villa
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Villa is responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of Noteworthy operations including analysis of cash flow, cost controls, operational efficiencies and financial reporting. Prior to joining Noteworthy, Ms. Villa served as Vice President of Client Services for ALN Medical Management. Prior to ALN, she was Chief Financial Officer for Parks Healthcare and Vice President of Finance for AFS Technologies. Ms. Villa holds a B.S. in management accounting from Arizona State University. In addition to pursuing an M.B.A. in accounting, she is a C.P.A. candidate.
Werner Rodorff
Vice President, Research and Development
With a background as a physicist, the first four years of Mr. Rodorff's professional career entailed working as a medical physicist in radiation therapy. After that he moved on to IT where he has worked as a developer, in support management, and pre-sales, as well as in different executive positions. Mr. Rodorff joined CompuGROUP in 1987. For the last 22 years, Mr. Rodorff has worked in several different companies in various management positions at CompuGROUP Holding. Together with CompuGROUP CEO Frank Gotthardt, he has founded several companies and has been general manager for some of these entities. Prior to joining Noteworthy, Mr. Rodorff was CEO of CompuGROUP's Turkish operations.
Sandy Hubbell
Vice President, Product Management
Ms. Hubbell is responsible for overseeing Noteworthy's suite of product offerings. Her interests in medical informatics led her to a position with Noteworthy in 1999 participating in the development and implementation of Noteworthy's first electronic health record. Ms. Hubbell has a B.S. in pharmacy from the University of Connecticut followed by 18 years working in the inpatient and ambulatory practice settings at Yale New Haven Hospital where she actively participated in implementing a physician order entry system. Ms. Hubbell also served in a variety of clinical and management positions at the hospital, including clinical coordinator of Medicine and HIV Investigational Drug Research, which included a courtesy faculty appointment at Yale University and University of Connecticut.
Mark H. Conner
Vice President, Channel Sales
Mr. Conner is a pioneer in the practice management industry by making NetPracticePM™, the first fully browser-based practice management solution, in 1999. Under his leadership MARS Medical Systems, acquired by Noteworthy in 2008, again achieved an industry first in 2001 with the introduction of a series of powerful modules for NetPracticePM. This suite of tools provided the first fully integrated and automated medical coding analysis, appointment reminders, eligibility verification, secure patient web portal and mobile device charge capture system. Mr. Conner has successfully negotiated strategic partnerships with several major healthcare industry companies and heads up Noteworthy's Sales and Service Partners (SSP) program.
Greg Jewell
Director, Business Development
Mr. Jewell has over 25 years of ownership experience in building, marketing and managing both startup and takeover companies and was the original co-founder and CEO of ChartConnect, Inc. acquired by Noteworthy in 2009. He has a Bachelor of Science in business administration, specializing in marketing and personnel management. His experience include starting and building a successful 63-employee national company in three years at age 26; acquiring and tripling the value of a 70+ year old company and, starting in 1998, co-founding CodeCorrect, Inc., a recognized leader in web-based medical coding, listed three consecutive years on the INC500 fastest growth list.
Nate Allen
Director, Special Projects
Having moved through the Noteworthy ranks for more than 10 years, Mr. Allen is intimately familiar with both technical and user aspects of the Noteworthy product line. Before taking on his current roles as office manager for the Cleveland office and director of special projects in May 2009, Mr. Allen held a wide variety of positions with Noteworthy, including implementation project manager, customer account manager, the manager of various internal development and IT teams, product manager, and the head of the professional services organization. As with his past positions, he brings this varied experience with the company, energetic work ethic, strong technical background, and unique product expertise to his current responsibilities.
