In February of 2009, CompuGROUP Holding AG, the leading European eHealth service provider with headquarters in Koblenz, Germany, completed a substantial equity investment in Noteworthy. The acquisition was completed in April of 2010. CompuGROUP's investment has enabled Noteworthy to continue to grow its market share and build on its unique ability to provide connectivity to health systems throughout the U.S.
